The Korean Friendship Association of the UK (KFA UK ) held its 25th film night on the 31st of March at 1900 hours BST via Skype . Participating were KFA UK members from London , West of England and Scotland . The event was joined by members of KFA Andalusia (Spain ), KFA Bulgaria KFA Germany and KFA Netherlands as well as the People’s Korea Initiative of Poland and friends from Turkey.
The film “72 Hours “ was screened . The film tells the story of the liberation of Seoul by the Korean People’s Army of the DPRK , the south Korean puppet capital during the great victorious Fatherland Liberation War . In the film the courage , heroism and self-sacrifice of the officers and soldiers of the KPA as well the superb commanding abilities of President KIM IL SUNG . The film concludes with the flag of the DPRK flying over Seoul !
Participants said that “Great film, amazing special effects. One of the biggest impressions on me was the scene when one of the soldiers of the Korean People’s Army threw himself on the barbed wire so that other comrades could go over him and break the front, this proverb “even an egg filled with ideology will break a rock” represents the whole truth.”.
The film night concluded at 2050 hours BST.
