Spokesman for KPA General Staff Warns Enemies against Provocative Actions

Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) — A spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army issued the following statement Tuesday:

 

The enemies opened fire of multiple rocket launchers and howitzer guns in areas close to the front at around 9:15 Tuesday in the wake of the similar happening on Monday.

 

The KPA General Staff put the units at all levels including the artillery units of the KPA on the front on a combat alert posture and issued an urgent instruction for them to strengthen watch over the enemy side. It also delivered an order to the specified artillery sub-units on the front to commence live shell fire toward the sea for the purpose of warning about prompt strong counteraction.

 

The enemy side must immediately stop the provocative military actions in the area close to the front. -0-
