Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Sends Reply Message to Lao President

 Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), on September 14 sent a reply message to Bounnang Vorachith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and president of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (LPDR).

Kim Jong Un in the message expressed his deep thanks to the general secretary for sending warm congratulations on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the DPRK and extending firm support and solidarity to the WPK and the DPRK people in their struggle for building a powerful socialist country and achieving the national reunification.

The message said that it is the consistent stand of the WPK and the government of the DPRK to invariably develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and two countries, which were provided in the joint struggle for accomplishing the cause of socialism.

It sincerely wished the general secretary greater success in his responsible work for leading the party and the state. -0-
