Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Sends Reply Message to Lao President

 Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a reply message to Bounnang Vorachith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and president of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on Oct. 15.

Kim Jong Un in the message expressed deep thanks to the general secretary for sending warm felicitations and best wishes and extending firm support and solidarity to the Party and the people of the DPRK in their struggle for implementing the decision of the Seventh WPK Congress on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK.

The message extended full support to the LPRP and the fraternal Lao people in the struggle for carrying out the two-point strategic tasks, defence of the country and building of the people’s democratic system.

It also expressed the expectation and belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and the two countries would grow stronger.

It sincerely wished the general secretary greater success in his responsible work for leading the party and the state. -0
