Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Sends Reply Message to Vietnamese President

 Pyongyang, October 16 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a reply message to Nguyen Phu Trong, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on Oct. 15.

Kim Jong Un in the message expressed deep thanks to the general secretary for sending warm felicitations to the Party and the people of the DPRK on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK.

The message expressed the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and the two countries would as ever develop ceaselessly in the spirit of the agreement made with the general secretary last year.

It sincerely hoped that the Vietnamese people would make new progress in the struggle for defending the socialist cause under the leadership of the CPV led by the general secretary.

It also sincerely wished the general secretary good health and greater success in his responsible work. -0-
